They say you can never be too rich or too thin and perhaps, this is why I'd like to recommend the perfect book to help you achieve at least one of those goals. The name of the book is;

"Slim forever That" by Dr. Robert Harris, 1993.

Dr. Harris is a nutrition expert as well as a Dr. He explains how to calculate your daily food allowance so that your body gets exactly what it needs, but never too much. In the book he puts forth 10 steps to healthy living. He makes a big point in the book about carbohydrate intake, and how to monitor that as well. Also, how much you need for different types of activities for instance if you are going to be running 5 miles a day and are the active type.

He also explains the rate of fat reduction, and how to maintain your weight. Indeed, he also tells the reader about age barriers, and the difficulty losing weight; and why it is so important not to put it on in the first place. If you are a calorie counter this book is for you because it explains everything you need to know to do it right. In the book he also explains eating disorders and suggests that there are ways to get around that. In this book you will learn about proteins, fats, Ottoman body levels, energy levels, cholesterol, and the types of food you need to watch out for.

He talks about steak and eggs, too much sugar, and caffeine intake as well. You will learn all about it in this book. He also reveals some shocking discoveries about the chemicals in our food, and the toxins in our environment, and he explains the challenges of advertising, and how they are always trying to get you to eat more. Lastly, he speaks about biorhythms and building muscle. This is a very comprehensive book, and I think you'll like it very much, it was a big seller in the 90s selling millions of copies. Please consider all this.
